    Finding MEID

    Hey guys, first post here.

Just wondering where I can find my MEID. Someone said under the battery. All I see is IMEI, S/N, and P/N. Am I missing something?

I believe the MEID is used by CDMA networks. It's also known as the ESN number.

It states it in this article in the third paragraph down: Google's 3G-capable Nexus One is a great fit for those interested in an all-around device

Your ESN number should be located by or behind your battery.

could S/N be the same? I don't think it has the correct number of digits...

What does the white sticker by your battery say? ESN numbers generally have 11 digit decimal numbers or 8 digit HEX numbers.

    Mobile Equipment IDentifiers (MEID)

^ Seems to state that they're 14 digit. Sorry if I'm being a complete idiot.

The greyed out area (which I assume you're referring to as the white sticker) only has three numbers on it (IMEI, S/N (12 digits), and P/N (11 digits, mix of letters and numbers)).

No you're not being a complete idiot. If I am wrong I expect someone to correct me =). This is where I obtained my information -->How ESN's Work - The Krazy Kyles

Reading in the above link, ESN is a mixture of letters and numbers(11 digits).
