There's probably some way to fake it, but then again its just as likely to be real as well. Anyone got any ideas on what we could expect with gingerbread?

Well, who knows. It certainly can be a real picture. He could be shielding the top and bottom due to UI changes that doesn't want to spoil...

Since the whole UI is supposedly getting a make-over. Maybe the Notification bar if different or something. Who knows.

Can only wait and see, but it sure does excite me

If your gonna post a pic of something like this, might as well go the whole hog and post other stuff instead of a firmware number lol.

I refuse to let myself go rampart again like I did for 2.2. I was a complete mess waiting and checking in and waiting and search the internet for any sign of it. I'll just let it happen when it happens. 5 hrs of sleep is not good.

That's true, the more excited we get and the more we hear only makes it worse. Until its released or leaked there's not much we can really do.

its suspect. Why all the covering up..

the internet has made it hard for me to believe anything.

considering if you don't have an N1 you have no idea what 2.2 is yet.
