Anyone else stop using task killers since 2.2?

I've noticed that I no longer use advanced task killer since receiving froyo. The phone just doesn't slow down anymore like it used to...no matter what I do its snappy to respond. I'm not sure there is much use for keeping atk on my phone anymore...any reasons why I should keep it and has anyone else stopped using their task killer?

I use Advanced Task Manager with 2.2. I only use it right before I sleep. I kill all applications so I don't risk an application running in the background and burning the battery to DEAD.

I don't leave my Nexus plugged in all night, as it has messed up many of my Li-ion batteries before.

Never did use task killers. All those apps you kill need to fire up and load everything from scratch again. That slows down the phone big time.

I use Home++ and there's a task killer included. I only use it when I'm out of the country to kill those apps that want to call home and run up my international roaming fees.

Otherwise, any advantage to task killing is an illusion

ALMOST stopped..I still get an occasionally hung app that cannot be killed by any other means (MOG did it to me last night), so it's handy to have. I'd estimate killing less than twice a week these days, on CM6/FroYo.

Ever since I read how the Android OS works internally, I never saw a reason for task killers to still exist in the Android Market.

Never used them ever since I got my hands on my Nexus One.
