    So... does that mean all that legal mumbo jumbo we see before we unlock the bootloader is crap now? That's what it looks like to me, so basically HTC should fix our phone no matter what!

    Hmmm..not too sure it has anything at all to do with warranty...hope someone who has the time to actually read this crap can distill it for the rest of us.

    hmm, interesting.

    it seems like this applies more for Apple users but still, I wouldn't try to break into your phone and start giving out the SDK for the Docs to Go or anything.
