Geodata on the Nexus One? If so, how to remove?

Just read an article that's quite alarming about geodata that tags your phone's pics and can reveal your location to people...here's the start:

"Those images you’ve been uploading to the web — your amusing YouTube video, the car-for-sale pictures on Craigslist, the TwitPic updates — may be embedded with coding that can reveal where the picture was taken, according to a report from the International Computer Science Institute, an independent, non-profit research institute in the United States." link

Anyone know if the Nexus One has this options, and if so, how do you remove it?

    Thanks in advance.

figured it out...Settings: Locations...remove check mark from first box if you don't want this.

Propaint, my camera app, does not have the geotagging. The paid version of Propaint does have it (hopefully as an option).

    Thanks for the Clarification...

I would further suggest opening your google latitude account and checking what apps/ and who all you're sharing your location data with

    Cheers!

Well, just to clarify, you seem to be referring to your overall location settings there. Disabling at that location is no guarantee you won't at least be bothered if it's enabled in the camera app. The default camera application has 'save location ' as one of its options. That specifically determines the behaviour, other applications may vary. At least by default it's off! It's a stunningly useful features for people scouting locations of just for people on vacation, but for the 'snap and post ' crowd, especially kids, it's pretty scary.
