    anyone played with one of these as ive been told its one of the phones i could get as my upgrade and just wanted to know if its as cool as nexus,cheers

    I'm pretty sure its about the same. Tho I think the desire has Sense UI.

    i think i would take the desire over the n1 jus cause of the sense UI, love it.

    Are you not aware that you can flash a sense rom onto your N1?

    Are you not aware that you can flash a sense rom onto your N1?

    mid september i heard,the hd bit doesnt really bother me,just really wanted to know if it was an ok phone and it sounds as if it is

    The desire is a good phone, the optical trackball is better than the nexus trackie (although I don't think the optical can glow different colours), the screen is more responsive apparently than nexus, there are hard buttons instead of the nexus haptic feedback ones. I think the desire has more RAM than the nexus.

    Bear in mind that with the sense UI, you'll be behind on updates in relation to the nexus, although it won't be that far behind I'm sure.
