    Would you trade your N1 for a G2 ?

the first phone that has tempted me to think about selling my N1 is the upcoming G2.

I may very well keep my N1 because I really do love it. But this new HSPA+ phone looks very much designed as a successor to the N1.

what do you guys think? Is this the phone that may be worth upgrading to?

I don't really care about the slide-out keyboard. But the vanilla android, better processor, better display, and HSPA+ speed potential sounds pretty good. I will have to wait until release to make a final decision.

I lived with an AT&T Tilt for a number of years. I really do hate the slide keyboards. No way I would get a G2. I waited for the Nexus One because it did NOT have a slide keyboard.

An updated Nexus One would tempt me, but I like the fact that it is Google's development phone. We got Froyo way before everyone else!

Actually it looks like the Screen on the G2 lifts up and forward to reveal the keyboard. Not a Slider. I am looking forward to having a Physical Keyboard because I Hate Finger Prints.

No. I will only buy phones straight from google. I am patiently waiting for them to do what Samsung has done with the galaxyS phones, I am praying they do!!!

I know that cyanogen is purchasing a G2. That's the motivation for me to get one. That and that nice looking keyboard. Oh yea the GPU is dope also.
