Sorry to have to continue to hassle you.....

But cyanogedmod release 6 is based on FroYo. There is noting in FroYo that is NOT in cyanogen 6. It simply allows for many additional features that, for whatever reason, Google has not "activated". So your "Google>Cyanogen" does not make any sense at all.

Cyanogen is "FroYo + more google awesomeness + cyanogen awesomeness".
Also to include most of the fixes were fixes already done in CM6

well, I just updated today and I still don't see the need to root FOR ME.

if I ever switched to a different device (mainly for carrier reasons because tmobile is s**t) I would root that device to delete bloatware and such, but for now, I'm allllll good

Aseems, we all admire your desire to stick to your unrooted phone....

    but "2.2.1 -- Super FroYo"?

    CM6 is Super FroYo

I've been using rooted N1 until the day FRG83 came out. I received replacement N1 and first time since feburary using completely stock. This isn't bad at all. I'm planning to stay stock for a while

How can you use the phone without rooting?

Life without overclock widget is terrible!
