And is that the cow that jumped over the moon? Is it all about fairy tales?

Don't see anything in a newer phone that gives me a temptation to leave my Nexus One!

LOL. I believe the cow and the horse represent my multiple personalities chasing after that elusive tasty Gingerbread.

And why would Google be so quick to want to release HC at the beginning of the year when GB is barely getting pushed now. And I also want to go out on a limb that that Ice Cream will utilized for both phone and tablet.

You still have to remember that Google acquired Bump Top. I see that useless for phone but everything great for Tablets. What if HC/Ice Cream is implemented with it. That's the kind of things that I'm excited about with the future of Google Android OS.

In the Web2.0 summit, the Nexus S also had a black status bar
Galaxy Nexus? I like Nexus prime more. Even the code name "Maguro" seemed cooler.

I on the other hand hope that when he said "a few weeks" was referring to the OTA updates....and that a developer version would be available even sooner.

Well, it's like an emergency test run. It takes less than 10 minutes to return to stock 2.2.1 but the one notification woke me up from my lazy afternoon, so at least it got my day finally started. I have enough items being tracked or notifications set up, that multiple sources would have confirmed a true Gingerbread release, instead of just the one tweet. Still, I might as well return to 2.2.1 and do some house cleaning & updates, and do a fresh back up and accomplish something today. :nexusx:
