    Thinking about an upgrade????

Looking at the T-Mobile G2 with Google phone and was just wondering what the consensus is? Is it worth the upgrade from the N1? I am not eligible for a free upgrade so I would have to splurge for the $499.99, spread out over 3 months.......I mean cost aside is the phone that much better than the N1???? HELP!!!!!!!!

Simply no. Its more a sideways step in phones. Only advantage is the QWERTY keyboard.

Yeah I forgot about 4g, but I honestly hear people having more issues with 4g and have more reliability with 3g. It's not enough for me to worry over. I mean the phone is nice don't get me wrong. Some would argue it's an upgrade and some would consider it a side step.

But it's a great phone. I played with one in a TMo store and liked it alot, but wouldn't trade my phone for it.

I'd wait for the next generation of phones personally. I do not think anything presently released is much of a step up, if at all.

I already went for it. Is my N1 worth anything? They told me when i get my phone to swap sim cards and I'll be all set.

Check ebay and see what it is selling for, I am going to guess that at this point its probably only worth a couple hundred.

Is my phone considered "unlocked"? I bought it directly from the Google website with a 2 year T-Mobile contract. When I get my new phone they said just to take the sim card out of my N1 and place it in the new phone.
