    What you have doesn't look right. Did you root it? Made any other half baked software changes? Is every thing working properly?
    You can try factory resetting.

    these are the factory settings ! Videotron tweaks their products...No root. I did not do anything to the phone besides installing some market apps. Everything works properly (except for updates of course) and its fast.

    I don't understand ... you have a Nexus One and it was purchased straight from Google, right? How did Videotron "tweak" it in any way?

    I`m not exactly sure but what I do know is that videotron sell nexus ones her in Canada so maybe he got it from them.

    In the US, the Nexus was direct from Google. In other countries, this wasn't the case. For example, Vodaphone in Europe sold their phones, and also included a Vodaphone specific ROM...

    Looks like Videotron may do the same...

    meaning connecting back the my carrier network, be able to phone, use internet etc...

    *carrier will still recognize my phone on the network ?
