these are the factory settings ! Videotron tweaks their products...No root. I did not do anything to the phone besides installing some market apps. Everything works properly (except for updates of course) and its fast.
I`m not exactly sure but what I do know is that videotron sell nexus ones her in Canada so maybe he got it from them.
In the US, the Nexus was direct from Google. In other countries, this wasn't the case. For example, Vodaphone in Europe sold their phones, and also included a Vodaphone specific ROM...

meaning connecting back the my carrier network, be able to phone, use internet etc...
