Updates after 2.2

I want to be ready for GB...

I'm running 2.2 on non-rooted nexus one. My phone doesn't give me any updates at all. I've tried checking in several times in the past 2 weeks. It seems that the new updates comes to users that are running 2.2.1. I've tried getting an answer elsewhere in the forums with no luck.

Can I manually update my phone to 2.2.1 ? If yes, where can i find it ? If not, do I have to wait to get updated ? I'm starting to feel left out lol !

Which build do you currently have?

From home page, menu> settings> about phone> build number

Build version should be something like FRF91, or FRG33, or FRG83...?
