    Lol never heard of it before now, is it any good? i saw one comparison with the new Evo shift but i never liked that either :P

    Pretty sure this is not true. Google made a point of showing Honeycomb as 3.0 at the CES 2011 media events. I think we'll probably jump from 2.2 to 2.4 Gingerbread, I personally think 2.3 is very early version of GB only.

    There's a very interesting video interview with Matias Duarte (Android User Experience Director) by Engadget which answers a lot of questions and gives insight into Android development process at Google here:


    I think what's most interesting is how Matias implies that Gingerbread was rushed out for the holidays in line with the release of Nexus S

    Threw is talk of 2.4 being Ice cream and be out by goggle IO
    If I had to name my greatest strength, I guess it would be my humility. Greatest weakness, it's possible that I'm a little too awesome.

    I say they don't use many bigger numbers because they don't have to. iOS has so many updates because
    1. Their versions are always very buggy

    2. Apple is always updating to try to prevent jailbreaking and unlocking
