    Nexus One AT&T to T-Mobile?

Hello. New member here. I own an unlocked Nexus One for AT&T smartphone and it is in perfect condition. No scratches or problems.

I'm looking to trade for same condition unlocked Nexus One for T-Mobile in the NYC area. Meet & exchange.

My phone was purchased with stock OS from Google.com and it has the latest Android 2.2.2 installed.

    Are trades allowed here?

You should be able to just put your T-Mobile SIM in and it should work fine... mine does.

It does work fine but I'm only getting EDGE speeds & I'm guessing because it's an AT&T version of the N1.

You just need to configure your APN for T-Mobile. See instructions here eugenocide.org.

So you don't think it would be best to acquire a T-Mobile version instead? or trade my AT&T for one?

I configured the APN from viewing different settings via a Google Search and the only issue I am having is the inability to send picture text messages. I can receive them but they don't send from my phone.

My understanding is that you want to get the T-Mobile version in order to get 3G on T-Mobile.

Correct. So that my speeds aren't limited and to have full compatibility with T-Mobile's system.
