I was hoping after some time it would be a non issue - but I still have crappy battery life (using the phone the same as I did prior to GB)...

I love the fact that everything is faster - but not at the expense of battery life (to this extent).

I've noticed a bit of an annoying quirk with GB while surfing on the stock browser. If I'm on a certain forum, and click on a thread, the browser will automatically scroll down the page, usually to the same spot that I was at on the forum listing. Anyone else?

Yes, you can jump directly to GRI40, and that is what I did.

Today my N1 is requesting update:

    Nexus one update to Gingerbread
    Requires a restart 86.5MB

This download upgrades your Nexus One to Android 2.3.3 (Gingerbread)

Days ago I did but this didn't work for the Verification, so need to know how I turn off the verification and then put it to download and look if work.

This happens the last I did:

    Build: RA-nexus-2.0.0
    Finding update package…
    Opening update package…
    Verifying update package…
    E:No signature (117 files)
    E: Verification Failed
    Installation aborted.

    Tks

Well, you're rooted with a custom recovery. You can just turn off the signature verification in recovery, but are you sure the update is for your ROM? What ROM do you have installed?

Also, this update will lose root for you, is that what you want?

I've no idea what ROM you have either, so the safest bet is not to install the recovery.

If you just want the latest ROM on you phone, I can help with that...?

What I understand for ROM is Read Only Memory...

    About the space says:

    Total space 14.82GB

    SD: 14.62GB

    Internal phone storage
    Available space 74.55MB

What I want to do is the better for my phone and I jejeje...

    Tks for your help
