    Do you mean your PIN (to log into the device with)? If so, get it wrong until the "forgot PIN" button comes up, then log in using your gmail details (the ones you registered the phone with initially). If you cannot do that (you didn't set it up, don't know them)... does the device warn you that it will wipe your data if you keep entering the wrong PIN? If you can afford the data loss, let it.

    Do you mean your sim PUC? Call your carrier to ask, they can tell you.

    Do you mean your IMEI number? Its in Settings->About Phone->Status

    Do you mean something else? Explain in more detail.
