    Nexus one help

    so, i recenlty got a nexus one today. and it is on Stock Gingerbread 2.3.3 with unlocked bootloader. I want to install Cyanogen 7 on it and add Tracball Alerts, so when i get a sms, trackball flashes green,or red,or blue.
    please guide me throught the process please help.;

    Without rooting, you can install Handcent to use for text messaging, it is free in the market and had the colored track ball notifications.

    Also, there is a Track Light, another app that allows you to control the trackball notification colors for many different apps. Again, you don't need root to use it.

    Your bootloader is unlocked, so just use fastboot to install a custom recovery...
