Google has been very quick to state that Motorola will be a separately run company owned by Google. That they did it to protect Android from Apple/MS patent trolls and they will still work fairly with all hardware manufacturers. So no i would not assume nexus 3 and forward will be Motorola.

Just make a hybrid to make everyone happy.

    Google for the OS
    Motorola for the hardware
and samsung for the case (we all know how much they love cheep plastics :D )

yea, not a fan of the samsung build quality, anything else is better imo

What about samsung's issues with GPS?

I have heard that they have major GPS issues on their devices.

I am using my Nexus One phone now as my primary GPS device.. would be a shame if Samsung brings the Nexus Prime to the table and the GPS is terrible!

I hope this isn't the case!

I suspect that issue was pretty much limited to the original Galaxy series of phones.

Probably not, it takes a while to make a phone. Unless google and motorola were already working on the N3 to begin with; the next one I guess, would be samsung.

Most of the google things lately have been from samsung: chromebook, tablet at IO. So if moto were to fit anywhere, probably the next round of devices.

Webtop for next nexus device anyone? Using the screen as the touchpad would be pretty awesome, like how the screen can show different stuff
Galaxy Nexus? I like Nexus prime more. Even the code name "Maguro" seemed cooler.
