[Help] Update for Google Nexus One

Hi dears,

I'm new member and glad to join our forum. Now i have question about update mechanism of Nexus One and hope that you could help me.
My question is: beside OTA update, does Nexus One support 2 other mechanisms:
- "Tethered" updates over USB from a host PC
- "Offline" updates via a reboot and update from a file on removable storage

If it does, could you give me the guide?

I have updated my N1 via "offline" method.
You could find the guide somewhere in this forum or internet.
