Question about my Nexus one
I apologize ahead of time if this has been discussed already. Im tech challenged. While searching to get my wife a nexus s to run on tmobile I discovered I would need to purchase the I9020T instead of the A If I wanted 3g to work on tmobile. I always thought unlocked meant you could go to any sim card provider and off you go full function. It got me to thinking about my nexus one. I purchased it for full price from the Google site before they were offering it on carrier discount plans. If I were to sell it I don't know what to put as a carrier. Is my phone unlocked ? I always assumed so and that I could go to any carrier with sim card platform and get full function. Can anyone shed some light on this for me. Sorry about the wording and terminology ahead of time. Thanks for any info and the patience

The nexus one will work on any world wide GSM carrier with the correct SIM but only for phone calls and slow data. In fact, I used a T-mobile Nexus One on AT&T for a while.
For 3G data, there are some different hardware radios required. You can search for your model number to figure out which one you have.
AT&T ne:nexusx:us S on AT&T
AT&T ne:nexusx:us one on Taiwan Mobile [Missing in Taipei]
