I was going to just get one with T-Mobile, but now I think I'll wait until Verizon has it. The Droid is awesome, but not as awesome as this. Part of me still feels bad for being tired of it already though. Does anyone know if you'll still get a discount if you're not a new customer?
I'm in Cambridge, MA and on Verizon (obviously).
I actually ordered one to test it out using my AT&T SIM and I also have a T-Mobile SIM to test as well for 3G. I will also order one of these from Verizon when available. If things go well, we will probably make the Verizon one a standard offering for our users at my company along with the Moto Droid. The key will be how well we can integrate things with Exchange. Hopefully some better solutions will be available at some point beyond 2.1 for this as what comes out of the box now kind of sucks. We are using Moxier Mail right now for exchange on teh few test Droids we have released out there.
Like I said before, waiting on this on craigslist... Don't want to spend $530 but I am not qualify to upgrade....
You guys think we will get them tomorrow or Thursday

We should get discounts from Verizon for the N1 for good customers
No interest in this phone. Been on VZW several years, been with the other carriers prior to, and will never go GSM, so that leaves out T-M. Once they're available on VZW, I doubt I'd get one because there's nothing compelling about this phone that my Moto Droid doesn't or can't do. Sure, there won't be the annoying pull out keyboard, but that's certainly not a reason to switch.
