    Yep same situation for me, I havent had any response from Google to the email that I have sent them. Just the usual Auto-reply, "we have received your order" etc.

    It also shows that they have received the order but nothing further yet.

    Grr DHL..

    Call 8am 'we can't do anything until 9am' (so why open the support lines at 8am?)
    Call 9am 'we don't know where the package is but we might in an hour or so. Call back.'

    All this on a premium rate number, too..

    Called DHL this morning as there's not much chance of them making it down the road due to the snow. They're going to keep it in the local depot and I'm going to collect later today.

    That I can help with. Try 01332 816960, that where I called this morning, at least that way your can use you free minutes or whatever instead of the 0844 number.

    For future reference SAYNOTO0870.COM - Non-Geographical Alternative Telephone Numbers gives you the local number (and often the local depot instead of centralised switchboard but not for DHL) for many premrium rate numbers.

    Well.. called back at 10am and they still don't know where it is but they *say* they'll call back if they find it. Gets them another hour I guess...

    The only reason I can think of for the delay in any response in my order is that I ordered using a credit card.

    Has anyone received their N1 that ordered with a credit card?

    I ordered on the 5th at bout 20:00 with a credit card and my phones out for delivery
