    Outlook sync possible?

    Hi,
I've been reading in some review (forgot where), that the Nexus One cannot be synced with Outlook calendar & tasks? True? That would be bad news! If so, it will hopefully be fixed with the next release?

Thanks for the link! Quite interesting! Of course it's also possible to sync Outlook with Google calendar, which in turn can be synced with the N1. Still, I think those work-around should not be necessary with a modern "smart" phone.

I have not noticed with calendars and task yet, but I do see that the N1 has native ActiveSync support with contacts and email. I was quite surprised since I read about the past that one had to download an App for it.

Anyone try Touchdown? Been using that on MY Droid and it syncs with my exchange server flawlessly....Except for Notes.

I guess we're STILL learning our Nexus Ones! I just noticed Exchange Activesync support in Accounts, where I was adding another gmail account to sync. Those needing Exchange server support should have it!
Keep in mind if your company has a security policy on it's active sync implementation (most do) that requires a pin or device encryption then active sync on the nexus one will NOT work. I recommend TOUCHDOWN in these instances. I'm using the 5 day trial now and it's definitely doing the job well.
