How is your signal strength vs other phones on Tmobile?

Thinking of going to Tmobile for the nexus 1 so I bought the 19.99 pre paid piece of crap to test out signal strength. And surprisingly signal is very good in my area But bad in my house 0 to 1 bar. Just wondering if nexus 1 has a better pull?

I receive the same signal strengths with the N1 as my old tmobile phone, Sony Ericsson W810i. I get 1-3 bars max on both phones, but i do have to say, call clarity is a lot better than my old phone. with my old phone the calls would break up coming in and out while on the N1 the call clarity stays constant and clear until i lose all bars then the call drops. there are some 3g issues within buildings (low 3g reception inside some buildings forcing it to switch to edge)

Not as good as my other phones. It is at 3-4 bars some times. I loose connection few times a day though!

Its about the same as my HTC hero was, rubbish in my house.
I'm on orange in the uk, I've even thought of buying a GSM signal booster for home to try and get a better signal.

Signal on my N1 is a LOT better than my Samsung Behold, and when I was using an iPhone, that one got dropped a lot. In the case of all three though, I rarely got more than one bar and no 3G at all in my house. But the wifi helps :D

Better reception on N1 than previous Tmo phones used, unlocked iPhone and regular BB Pearl in my house.

Typically I get 1-2 bars at certain place in house, with N1, sometimes certain areas have 3G and others have 1 bar or so better reception.
