I doubt they'll announce iPhone 4G nor iPhone os 4.0
I doubt dual core processors either.
I think it will most likely have Apple's 1gHz processor at the best.

That said, I'm sure that there can be issues depending on locations, but that can be said of absolutely every carrier. Nobody is 100% everywhere.
I'm sure it's fun to pile on AT&T, but let's be honest and fair about this, guys.
When I moved to MD 5 years ago I had AT&T and I didn't get any signal in my area so I switched to T-Mobile. Like you said all carriers will have this problem in some area. That being said what T-Mobile offers you for the price is almost half that of AT&T.

Maybe there will be a law in the EU which requires this, they already talk about it. Apple ca't afford to loose this market.

Someone explain to me why people get so worked up by some graphic designer's wet dream as to what the next iPhone's going to look like and feature...IT'S NOT EVEN REAL??

Tell you what I'm just gonna sit it out for the iPhone 5.0, 'cos you'd be stupid to buy something that's on the market now, and use my old Sony Ericsson K800i, that's a sweet phone anyhow.
