I got and connected my Mark Space Sync. It keeps telling me Deskptop not found even though the White external device is showing on my desktop on my Macbook Pro. So far I have been unable to sync my Nexus One with my Macbook Pro.
POS is irritating as hell. On my desktop when connected it shows a device named No Device. I tired to eject the device and it would not allow me to eject the device as it said it was in use. I had already quit the Missing Sync application and then went on to quit or eject the no name before I unplugged the Nexus One only to get an error after for removing device unsafely. When I went to force quit neither the Active Sync nor the No Name showed on there and I still got the error after. Missing Sync looks like it has many missing requirement in order for it to work properly with a Macbook. I am running Mac OS 10.5.8
I hate 2 hear U guys having problems, but my sync just fine with no problems. Go in the pref in missing sync and check open on connection and play wit changing some other settings.
Oh shoot. I forgot there is a free missing sync app u have 2 download from the market. Sorry
Nope, don't pay for it. Customer service is poor too. No response from emails sent to them.
