    Cheapest Way To Get A Nexus1?

    we all know the family plan thing doesnt work cuz google is a mess right now but i tried doing this

    now what im forced to do is get a blackberry bold 9700 off amazon for 50 bucks

    [ame=http://www.amazon.com/BlackBerry-Bold-9700-Phone-T-Mobile/dp/B002VWJZ42]Amazon.com: BlackBerry Bold 9700 Phone (T-Mobile): Cell Phones & Service[/ame]

    then sell it on ebay for 450'ish

    then use that 400 bucks on a unlocked N1 and it actually comes out cheaper... not that bad.

    Are you aware that the $50 price is with a 2 year contract? I haven't done the math with the method you're proposing but I don't think the true cost of ownership will end up being cheaper as you're locked in to the more expensive contract plans.

    On a purchase-purchase basis it's cheaper to buy the unsubsidized price with the cheaper no-contract unsubsidized plan in the long run.

    You dont have to keep the blackberry contract, as long as you have a data plan then you can join the nexus plan with the family plan which is pretty cheap. and the cost of teh phone comes up to 110 bucks

    The cheapest way I know to get one is to find someone that has one and STEAL THERE'S!!!!!!

    LOL Just kidding!!!

    I cannot believe that there are idiots on craigslist selling their Nexus 1 for $600 and even more!!! Holly crap Batman I hope they do not find someone dumb enough to pay that kind of money for something that you can get online for about $100 less. I have actually e-mailed some of the people that have leisted their's for 600 and 650 and they truly believe that there is someone dumb enough out there that will see there ad and agree to buy it.!!!!

    Actually a lot of them sold for more than $600. I can only suspect those were sold outside of US. Otherwise it doesn't make any sense.

    Go to ebay and select completed listings. You'll find all the sold phones there and the price they sold for.

    Let me know what you think about this deal:
