    New Nexus One Owner...Need's Help!

    Hi,

I ordered a Nexus One this time last week, expecting to take delivery of it come Monday.

Monday came and DHL had made a mistake, but promised to get it too me on Tuesday.
Tuesday came and DHL have made another mistake and promise to get it too me on Wednesday.
Today is now Wednesday and their not entirely sure where it is, and have assigned me a "Track and Trace" specialist to find this.

The line I've been given is that Google write on the envelope the default postcode of "A99 A99" and this delays all their parcels? Have any other brits had this amount of trouble so far or is it just me?

Oh and I asked for a supervisor to get a refund on postage, but it has to be Google that give it to me, so I emailed them, but so far have had 2 generic responses (the kind where you reply if your question isn't answered)

Argghh it's a nightmare and I half wished I hadn't bothered as I've already sold my old phone on eBay so I'm not without cell

Feel good to let it all out in a rant though :P

I remember when I was ordering mine, everyone was talking about the A99 postcodes on dhls tracking website. That said - I got mine delivered to UK in less than 3 days from point of order. Sounds like DHL might have stuffed up but they are not sure how or why...

The cocked up post code doesn't delay things at all, they're stalling
