I got this 16 gb Class 6 (faster than 4) card from Newegg.com and have been very happy with it. It's not a 'Sandisk' brand name, but looking through the newegg comments the company seems very responsive to correcting any problems or questions folks might have. I've never seen customer service like that.

(I don't know if Newegg ships internationally, but they might. And they're a hela reputable company with great prices.

It seems as though at least this one will not.

Class refers to the minimum WRITE speed in MB/s.

It's quite misleading however as Sandisk class 2 cards can happily write at 5+ MB/s.

I read some reviews/tests earlier today and will post the links later if I get the time.

Remember the bigger the memory card the longer it takes for the phone to find the file(s)....just similar to getting a larger HD for your computer.

Would love to see the link. I bought the 16 GB Sandisk over the Kingston at AMZ, price and goodies were thrown in, and the reviews were numerous and positive. I suppose Class 2 would be just fine for me, in a phone...in a digicam, I'd prefer faster writing.
    Here you go.

You're right, I would think the higher write speeds would only really be useful when using something like HDV.
