Just got a replacement N1 from HTC - now what?

Do I need to back anything up? All of my contacts, calendars are on Google's servers with Gmail. My music and photos are on the old SD card which I plan on putting in the new phone.

What about apps? I've only paid for two but I want them all to be installed (latest versions) when I put my sim/batter/SD card in the new phone.

Is there anything special I should do to back everything up?

All of your apps including the paid ones will be in the market under downloads. Looks like all your contacts are already w/ gmail. Looks like you're good to go.

OK. I just went ahead and swapped the battery, SD and SIM cards. So far I notice that my phone settings are gone... different wallpaper, different widgets, no more bookmarks etc. My contacts aren't there yet though I get a message that it may take a few minutes. Are things like the wallpaper and widgets expected to be washed like this? It's not a big deal to have to redo all that (in fact it might be a good time to lay things out a bit differently.)
