    Help!

    I used this thread:

    to get 3G on my nexus, but now, even with wifi up, its still connected, its sucked up all my credit, and send me a msg saying i need to topup to use internet, how the hell do i turn it off without deleting the APN?

    you can use apps from the market such as apndroid (free) to toggle mobile data on and off as you need to. I currently don't have a data contract so only use 3g from time to time - it works fine for me. I also installed netcounter (again free) count how much data was going over wifi and over 3g

    You can also set up a dummy APN account and activate that one... this way you don't have to delete the 'real' APN account or install any apps.

    thanks for the help, have about 57 msg from O2, very annoying...
    Least i can disable it now.

    APNDroid rules for this, I also use Data Counter Widget to see how much I've used.
