Does anyone know how he got that circular battery meter on his notification bar in the above YouTube video? I've been looking for something like that and that one looks awesome.

Is there any way to get that battery indicator without rooting? I just got my Nexus, and, coming from an iPhone, am overwhelmed with all the stuff I can customize so I don't really want to root it.

Don't you have to jailbreak the iPhone too?
You can't get it without root I think.
Maybe try to rename the .zip file to PASSIMG.zip and boot into bootloader and let it flash automatically but I don't recommend that because I dont know what happens..
It should just flash a new theme and keep the ROM but I'm not sure, never did/read something like that.

I did not jailbreak my iPhone. Eh, it's alright, I don't *need* to have that battery indicator even though it's really cool. Cheers for the help.

[QUOTE=Aznmask;29006]Is this just happen to Nexus One or Iphone too. I probably have to return this Nexus One and go for Iphone.

Not sure where you have been but battery running time has always been an issue.

So upgrade to a battery back, bigger battery, our external charger pack.

    iPhone is the same.

As I mentioned before, I just came from an iPhone 3GS and I see no big difference in terms of battery life. This is good considering the size of the Nexus One's screen too.

AMOLED should use less power from the battery than any regular screen.

You can always buy the Seidio enhanced batteries if you SERIOUSLY are that worried about battery life.

I personally like my nexus as slim at possible. Once you get used to a bit of battery saving, then its easy to have the battery last all day.

I got a car charger, bigger (not the huge one but the one that still fits that is larger) and a dual battery charger. I dont know why everyone freaks, just bring more power.

You can get one of those solar chargers too if you are really paranoid..
