Have you been playing music very loudly?

Idk how you would blow out a speaker specially when its hardly THAT loud.

Its very possible your combination of themes. Have you tried, wiping, and redoing Cyan and kspec?

Or possibly backing up to a slightly older Nandroid and seeing if the speaker works then.

OR the most simple fix, which would be rebooting the phone.

i rebooted numerous times and nandroid restored to original state. The speaker itself is broke. At one point if i pushed on it, it would work but now it doesnt work for anything. I never use it for music just when on the phone

Ah. If you did all of that, it sounds like the speaker itself is broken.

Call up HTC and have it fixed. Even though your phone is rooted, if you put back the stock rom, they should fix a HARDWARE error.

:rofl3: Sneaky! How long have you owned the phone? HTC told me they can't do any replacements unless its within 14 days of purchase.

Then htc lied to you. My issue is hardware related. The rep said its embarrasing that the speaker is busted. Ive had the phone a little over a month.
