    Status of Order 320472

    Your tracking page initially showed my order to be delivered on Saturday 20March. As of today, 22March, no package in the mail.

    Please check my order and let me know the status.

    Why the question marks? Is this not the right forum to communicate with the vendor?

    I just spoke with your customer service and it appears the status says the items were delivered on 20March however I received no package.

    So I have a few comments:
    1. The lost claim form has to be faxed? What year is this...?
    2. You wont send out replacements even after receiving the signed form stating I did not receive my package? This is very poor buisness practice. The lost package is between you and USPS - not the customer.

    I will not recommend your company based on the service I have received.

    Thank you for contacting us, we are sorry for your experience and would like to help.

    1. The Lost Shipment Claim has to be filed physically because it is a mean of documenting our claim with the couriers. Without this, we cannot keep a record that the lost shipments.

    2. Unfortuately, lost shipment happens and we have no control over it. The processing of the claims take a bit more than just a signature. We would actually have to get USPS to sign off on it before we can issue a replacement.

    This is one of those rare cases when the USPS item is shown to be delivered at the address with matching zip code but no packages was received. We are willing to re-send you the packages if you want, but if you have already contacted your credit card company, then that will get you a refund and we will not be able to issue you a replacement.
