    Got my nexus one today and want to ask u guys about something!

    some of they keys respond kinda slow. For example, the back, menu, home and search. Lets' say i click on to facebook...it takes it 1-2 sec to respond when i press home. does anyone feel the same I do that those buttons respond kinda slow? Sometimes i have to press it a couple times.

    Try turning off your phone and turning it back on. Wait a minute or so and then try again. Still slow?

    That is the speed of the buttons. Its a bit delayed but you get used to it.

    If you have LOTS of apps open, killing some of them off might make the phone feel a bit quicker. But other than rooting you can't do much to change the speed of the button reactions.

    tips:

    You have to press the buttons at the top of them in order for them to fire correctly. I try to see them as switches, i press them and slide finger to the top until i notice vibrating feedback, so it's important you have feedback enabled for these buttons.

    As for delay. it happens if you have lot of apps open and do not have the second ram slot unlocked. with the full 512ram unlocked it goes fast as hell :D

    I noticed this too, but as you stated its only when I'm on Facebook. I think it has something to do with Facebook itself and not so much the buttons.
