    So i contacted DHL, they will start the process and give me a call at 10:00am EST, I'll keep ya posted!! Also I'll have to see if I can call Google today. Going to be in ther butts!!!!!

    I read this whole thread and I am glad you got your phone back. However ANYONE experiencing this type of issue should IMMEDIATELY contact their credit card company and dispute the charge. When/if the item finally is delivered the dispute can easily be reversed. At least you are on record as "non-delivery of merchandise." It won't make the shipper/seller work any more or less hard to find your package. They want to find out what happened as much as you do.

    Phone, battery, headphones, carrying case, usb cable, charger.

    That sucks, let us know what happens. I would push google on this one. It really is their responsibility to track this down. Tell them you are going to do a chargeback unless they escalate the issue.

    Right now I tried to file a claim with DHL and they told me is up to google to file a Claim, since they are the ones that made the original shipping. Contacted google about this and left all the information (names, extension numbers) from what I got over the call to DHL, got an email from google:

    Hi,

    Thank you for your call.

    We're currently conducting a thorough investigation with our shipping
    provider to resolve the issue you've reported. Please retain all shipping
    materials to aid in this investigation, including the shipping box,
    contents, and packing materials. We'll provide an update within 7 business
    days.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    The Google Team

    Let's see what this is going, also called my CC and they've told me to wait this week to see if Google does something, if not or I don't get an answer, call them back to start the process so transaction is registered as "non-delivery of merchandise" and that they should take action on this.

    I hope someone gets fired over at DHL. Must have sucked when you got it. I was so excited to get it I found the truck around the block and stopped the guy.

    purchase. If you'd also like to change or cancel your service plan, please
    note that you must contact T-Mobile at 1-877-453-1304 to do so.

    If you'd still like to order a Nexus One, you'll need to place your order
    again at Nexus One Phone - Web meets phone.

    We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience associated
    with your order.

    Well, at least i got my money back, but Now I dunno if I will place the order again. don't want to go through the whole problem again....

    I think you should still try to get another phone..Mur3 went through the exact same thing and still ended up getting a new phone. Ask him for some advise.
