The app drawer is screaming fast, and super smooth, and the 3D graphics are wild!

    Downside, so far:
    Doesn't do landscape.
Text is pretty big (I'll see if I can tweak it)

$15 bucks is steep, but I decided I'd skip lunch and a beer to ease my guilt... xD

Yea, lack of landscape sucks... but I wish the nook had a lock rotation toggle button...

Live Wall Paper has been in the last several builds, at least I have not updated since the last RC and they work on mine.

On regular nightlies, yes they have been there for a couple of builds, but for the tablet tweak buttons, this is the first build to include them. This build lets you put all the function buttons into the status bar including search. The plan is to get this into CM7 stable.

I've been getting about 6 hours from moderate to heavy usage (pandora, youtube, angry birds) and can squeeze about 10 max with light use (emails, web browsing) Nothing to write home about, but in the ballpark of most tablet battery life. A few XDA developers are working on a new kernel so that should also affect battery life in a positive way once that becomes available, but is pure speculation until it actually comes out.

So I see the last build is called

    update-cm-7.0.0-encore-signed.zip

    Instead of the normal pattern,

    cm_encore_full-##.zip

So does that mean cm-7 is released, or something else?

That is CM7 stable. Just released last night. The nightlies will continue again as they start 7.1 builds. New things to look forward to in 7.1 are screen capture, 2.6.32.9 kernel, which should bring enhanced battery life, and other speed improvements typical with new kernels, along with the other tablet tweaks that weren't merged with this build. There may still be small issues with CM7 stable, but it's stable enough for a daily driver for most people. Download and enjoy.
