LOL. Jetpack Velociraptor with Scissors is for when you need to kill every last person in the room in less than 5 minutes flat.

I'm all for stem cell research, and geneticly engineering plants, but honestly this is a waste of resources.... why the hell do we need a mammoth... unless they are giving free mammoth rides.. then I'm down.

Free mammoth rides would be a good idea.

There is not much to look at in this signature.

They would have to use a few whole cows to get the leather for the saddle.

I was just thinking of how epic a mammoth ride would be. I bet they run pretty fast.

Umm... you already have its DNA, just perform polymerase chain reaction, then study the genes all you want. They arent doing this for any other reason but to try and clone a mammoth.

Who are we cloning next? I throw in one vote for Einstein.

I would keep it as a pet. For food, I would have to feed it large trees or little kids. Probably just trees. Then, I would put clothes on it like how people put clothes on dogs.

I could care less about the genes and how it became extinct. I just want to see a real mammoth.

What if they suppressed its growth hormone production and kept them small like dogs. I would love a baby mammoth. Pit bulls ain't got nothing on that, lol.

Lol.. how do you go from large trees, to feeding it little kids.

That would be amazing. But it would suck if something goes wrong and a part of the body is full-size. Like if the stomach grows too big and crushes all of the other organs.

Then again, they are lucky to be alive. They can worry about internal problems after their species is back up and running.
