I had BBQ'd chicken, made with original Cornell sauce, done by a master griller who has been grilling chickens with his own version of the recipe for over 40 years. He brings his own grilling equipment and only does 2 BBQs a year that aren't for family. The chicken's never burnt, it's always fully cooked, and the meat is well-flavored. I could continue raving but I see someone over there needs a napkin.

I look forward to this chicken all year since I only get it once, the first Sunday in June. I normally work it, but this year I was sick and my knee was bugging too much to walk without a cane.

    Homemade cashew chicken.

    Out of a box.

Yeah, I'm losing it -- but I'm also recovering from being ill, so cut me some slack.

You all post some pretty amazing dinners, but minus the pictures. How about it? Care to share your masterpieces with the rest of the class? Here's what I'm grilling up tonight...
