I'm thinking take-out Chinese tonight with my fiancee while we watch scary movies or something. I'm so uncreative and lame, lol.

My husband made dinner. He followed a recipe from the packet of Lipton Onion Soup mix. He did this once before with my 17 year old daughter coaching him. This time she said "you can do it, dad"...

He only left out 2 main ingredients....

It's not dinner, but I'm currently eating two packets of instant oatmeal for breakfast. Yes, breakfast. I have an oddball schedule.

I like oatmeal and frequently have it in the afternoon and evening, when I'm hungry.

After I got home tonight it was catch-as-catch-can food time. I made myself a sandwich then sucked down a cheese stick, couple handfuls of craisins, some dried apricots, and some dried mango slices. Really didn't feel like cooking and really needed something to eat. Had been on the go all day for two days straight and hadn't eaten enough either day.
