Tonight I had some salmon, real mashed potatoes and asparagus. One of my favorite meals.
Sounds a tad too healthy for me...
it is healthy but you can do so much the salmon. Plus the asparagus is steamed and used with a butter sauce giving a little hit to the health factor.
The wife (a Food Network afficianado) usually fixes healthy meals for us to eat, but I occasionally feel the cholesterol level slipping and I'll have a chicken fried steak to boost it back up...;)
I'm thinking Sesame Chicken tonight. With maybe some chicken fried rice.
