When you set up you Gmail account you were probably asked to add a Recovery Email Address. If you did, you can go to the Google Mail sign in page and click on the link for "Forgot Username" and put your Recovery Email Address then youll be sent your User Name/Password. I hope this helps. I to forgot my Security Pattern once within minutes of putting it on my phone. Memory is not perfect.
