What tablet do you have? I might be able to explain some of the "specs" to you that you have questions about. I plan on heading to bed very shortly (it's 4AM here), but I can answer questions tomorrow and other users/staff may be along to help you out in my absence.

Okay, here's what the specs mean:

Operating System is FroYo, or Android 2.2. It's an older version but it's fairly lightweight. There may be an update for your tablet, there may not be, but if not there may be a ROM you could install. This would require rooting your tablet and voiding the warranty, though.
You have an 800MHz CPU. This isn't good, but depending on the screen size it's not that bad. It just means it may not play games very well. For comparison the first Motorola Droid shipped with a 550 (later upgraded to 600) MHz CPU.
RAM is severely limited at 256MB. It's enough for FroYo, but Gingerbread (Android 2.3 and all the improvements it has) may bog the tablet down. You will want to reboot the tablet at least once a day for maximum performance.
You have a screen resolution of 800x480. This isn't very sharp, but it should suffice. The aforementioned Droid phone had a screen resolution slightly higher and a screen size of 3.7 inches, for comparison.
You have a gravity sensor, so you can play games that require one.
You have a Wi-Fi network compatibility of B and G protocols. G is 54Mbps, and was the standard for many years. Most wireless networks are on the G standard. You should have little to no problems connecting to more Wi-fi hotspots you'll encounter in the wild.
The tablet has a web browser, probably the stock Android browser. You may want to stick with it, you may want to replace it, that's personal choice.

    I hope this helped!

LOL, Are you familiar with the app MX Video Player? I was looking for a better video player and someone recommended that one to me. What do you think?
