App Problems After Root

Hello, I'm new to the Android world as well as new here also!! I have a Samsung Galaxy Attain 4g and just rooted the phone 2 days ago. I installed Titanium backup, Root Browser, Rom manager, and Busybox Installer after the root. Additionally I installed a battery calibration app but have now removed as I keep getting "superuser rights denied" error. That's not all.

1. Several apps are not working or give a "cannot connect" error.
2. WiFi says connected but the status bar icon has disappeared and apps fail to start.
3. Carrier supported Apps I had previously to root are now gone and no longer show on the menu pages or in settings.

I'm stuck and too afraid to try anything that could brick the phone. I would appreciate any reply or suggestions. Thanks
