Order and Chaos...Please Help

Dieing to play this game but havent been able to get it running. Ive dowloaded the game using wifi and 4g. Downloaded the game from google play and the gameloft website. Oac does not even start when i open the app, it gives me an error and asks me to force close or report the issue. The error ends with a gameloft.anmpmmhm. Also, whenever i get a text, i will get the same error message out of no where making me think there is some underlining problem. Why would i get a oac error from a txt message. I hope someone can help me with this. I have also done a factory reset. Thank you.

If no one can help, point me in the right direction where i can get some help. Gameloft did not do much for me.
