Android Brilliant Pad 7026C
I bought the Android Brilliant Pad 7026C from Bealls Department Store on Black Friday. The box advertises that is compatible with the google play store. The Google Play app is even on the pad. After trying many times to download apps we have realized that it is not compatible with the Google Play Store. There is no contact information or anything to help us. This was my 7 yr olds Santa gift. I am really frustrated at this point. Can anyone help?

Hello Bheat - welcome to the forum!
I'm sorry that you're having problems with your Android Tablet, but getting you any immediate help is going to be tricky, because it's Christmas Day. If you can hold on for awhile, I'll see if I can get a Rescue Squad guy to come by and give you a hand - but it may be awhile, so try to be patient.

Typically to fix this type of issue requires rooting of the tablet.
Alternative you can check out the Amazon AppStore for Android. It is a great alternative and has most of the same stuff.

I also bought the tablet from Bealls and gave to my son yesterday as a Christmas gift. We did a system restore because we couldn't get out of safe mode and to download anything...now the tablet doesn't turn on. There isn't any contact info for the tablet or manufacturer. The manual doesn't really say much. Getting mad and need some answers. Thanks

I couldn't find any info about the company who makes them.
I would suggest holding the power button for 30 seconds to see if that helps.
Otherwise I would see if I could return it for a refund.
