Picasa app on HTC phones is part of Sense if I'm not mistaken...

Try going into sync accounts and look at your Google account... if you tap on the account you can see the specifics of what is sync'd. You should see one there for "Sync Picasa Web Albums". Try toggling that and maybe re-booting and see if that does anything.

Picasa use to be on some of HTC phones. But since froyo and up have been released there has been issues with syncing Picasa. It's with the camera app.

Go to xda developer website and download "gallery fixed camera.apk" it should allow you to have your Picasa back. If your phone won't let you download then put file on your PC and transfer it to your phone.

I downloaded a apk file called galleryfixedcamera.apk. It didn't work for me to get rid of the irritating messages. (proces com.htc.picasa)

I keep getting this Picasa Force Close message. Tried deleting and installing. Did not help.

Sent from my Desire HD using Android.net
