Can't get any update to superuser. It says su-2.3.1-bi-signed.zip was placed on the SD card buy it won't load in recovery. I tried to use a back up of one of the. ROMs but It says phone needs to be rooted first. Kind of a catch 22. Any suggestions? Pete

Did you use z4root or another rooting software to root your phone?
Have you checked the market for updates to superuser?
Yes, did you root your phone before you attempted to install SU? If not you'll have to root first. If you're trying to update SU while you're already rooted then you'll need to either check the Market for an update, as popcentator suggested, or make sure that you don't have a corrupted download.
Where did you get your SU update? What version were you trying to update from?

Finally got it to restore an older backup from two weeks ago. Downloaded the latest nightly then wifi wouldn't work. Went back loaded another one and I am up and running. Thanks, Pete
