Installing group2.2 on HTC hero.

    Installing group2.2 on HTC hero.

    My HTC hero runs on android2.1.I have download froyo 2.2 (87mb) but don't know how to install it.my device is also rooted.please help.

    You install all updates through recovery. I can't give you specific update instructions as I'm unfamiliar with the process on a Hero, but I hope that helps. If it's the official update you will lose root by installing it.
