HTC Evo Shift - Updated and now all hell has broke loose - Please help!

A couple of hours ago I updated my Evo Shift (it told me to, I'm not even sure what upgrade it was but it was a whole system upgrade) and now I have a whole bunch of things I'm concerned about...

First and foremost, it seems that my contacts are unlinked from Facebook. There's no option to get them linked back to it either. And now some of my people in my "Messages" app have a picture and some don't... and when I go to "People" to link them back there is no longer a Facebook option!

Now in the "Messages" app it underlines misspelled words... I've searched and searched for a way to turn this off but I can't find it

It seems to have linked one of my friends to Google+ and I really would rather it not do that... is there a way to unlink her?

Sorry it's been so long since you posted this and nobody's responded. What keyboard are you using? Because the settings for that may be what's going on by pointing out spelling mistakes. As for G+, are you sure it's G+ and not your Google Talk friends who you are seeing with pictures?

I'm totally unsure about the Facebook integration, but since I despise Facebook I can't offer any help in that area. Hopefully someone will be along who can help better than I.

Try downloading Facebook app and see if it allows you to link your friends back. Hope it works that way, wish I knew an answer about what happened with the update. Did you contact HTC?
